About the Collective Shop
What is this collective shop all about and what are the benefits?
Our shop is a vibrant, vintage and artisan-driven space where independent vendors can showcase their unique products in a shared retail environment. Benefits include increased visibility, shared marketing efforts, a supportive community, and a prime retail location without the overhead of a standalone shop!
How does it work?
Vendors commit to a six-month rental term, during which they manage their own inventory, maintain their space, and contribute to the collective's success through marketing and community engagement.
Payments & Deposits
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your space, and it is non-refundable.
When are payments due?

Inventory & Space Maintenance
Who is responsible for maintaining my space?
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean, organized, and in line with shop standards. This includes following safety regulations and being mindful of shared spaces.
What happens if my inventory is lost or damaged?
The collective shop is not responsible for lost or damaged inventory. We recommend vendors take precautions to protect their products.
Marketing & Community
Do vendors have to participate in marketing?
Yes! We believe in the power of collaboration. Vendors are expected to contribute to marketing efforts, including promoting the shop on social media and engaging with the community.
Cancellation & Early Termination
What if I need to leave before my commitment agreement ends?
Early termination of your rental agreement may result in additional fees. Deposits are non-refundable. Please discuss your situation with us as soon as possible. While we understand that circumstances change, fees may apply for early departures.
Vendor Payouts
As a vendor, how will I be paid out?
We use the Ricochet POS system to process all sales. Vendor payouts are handled through this system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and timely payments. Details on payout schedules and methods will be provided upon onboarding.
